"From Any Angle, He Loves Her"

 

S. Numbers 23:13

Balak said to him, Come with me, I implore you, to another place from which you can see them, though you will see only the nearest and not all of them; and curse them for me from there.

O. No matter from what position or angle Balaam saw Israel from, he could not curse them. Changing the angle of his vision didn't make them any less blessed by their God.

A. In seeing God's people, my sisters and brothers, from different angles (i.e. a one on one position, or as a group) I am to love them no matter what I see. God has commanded me to love His church/His bride. I can not curse any of those who He loves. Changing the 'angle' does not change God's mind. Satan would love it if we saw God's people from HIS perspective. But when we see from God's point of view, there is NO CURSE available, only compassion, mercy, grace and love.

P. Father, help me to see Your people through Your eyes. Help me to ALWAYS bless Your Bride, for You adore her. She is the one You have chosen for Your Son. How could I not love and bless her, too?

 

"REALLY KNOWING HIM"

2-24-13

S. Numbers 14:4 And they will tell it to the inhabitants of this land. They have heard that You, Lord, are in the midst of this people [of Israel], that You, Lord, are seen face to face, and that Your cloud stands over them, and that You go before them in a pillar of cloud by day and in a pillar of fire by night.

O. God's people are to be known as His friends, that He lives with them, speaks face to face with them, protects them, and guides them. God's reputation is to be known through His people.

A. If I am to be known as God's child, then I need to KNOW Him. If MY reputation is as a Believer of Jehovah, then I need to show that He is My Friend, My Confidant, My Protector, My Lord, My Master, My King, My Leader. I AM HIS REPUTATION!

I can not BE who He IS unless I KNOW HIM!

P. Father, Your reputation is in me. I want to know You more and more, intimately. How can I show who You are unless I know You? Draw me, Lord!

"Tithed Time Boomerangs Back BETTER"

S. Psalm 90:12  So teach us to number our days, that we may get us a heart of wisdom.

O. Moses asks God to teach His people to prepare their time, that they would receive wisdom in their inner man/heart.

A. I waste alot of time unless I allow God to take it. Time is one of the most important things God has given to us. When I tithe my time to Him, He not only redeems it, He makes the rest of my time full of "faster-learned'wisdom'; BETTER time! Goes to show that anything given to God is returned abundantly and IMPROVED! 

P. Thank You Father for the time You give me. I thank You that You never keep anything we give to You...You always return it back with MORE. You are an awesome, loving Father...Thank YOU! Help me to ALWAYS tithe on my time to You...with joy and thanksgiving.

"I WILL MOVE WHEN HOLY SPIRIT MOVES"

S. Numbers 9: 17 Whenever the cloud was taken up from over the Tent, after that the Israelites journeyed; and in the place where the cloud rested, there the Israelites encamped. 18At the Lord’s command the Israelites journeyed, and at [His] command they encamped. As long as the cloud rested upon the tabernacle they remained encamped.

O. The Israelites knew when to stop and dwell or when to move and journey, according to where the Spirit of God was...stopping or moving forward.

A. I am to go wherever the Spirit goes. When He stops and I can feel Him and hear Him, then I stop. If I can not feel or hear Him, then I am to move on to where I CAN feel and hear Him. This is how I know which direction He is leading me. This is where my purpose is for that moment, day, season.

P. Father, I thank You for this revelation. I pray for BIG eyes, ears, and mind that will help me be sensitive to where Your Spirit is leading me every minute of my life. That is where You will be! That is where Your pupose for me in YOUR timing will be.

"HIS REPUTATION"

S. Psalm 23:3 He refreshes and restores my life (my self); He leads me in the paths of righteousness [uprightness and right standing with Him--not for my earning it, but] for His name’s sake.

O. God doesn't 'refresh and restore' my inner self for MY sake. He does this for HIS REPUTATION'S SAKE! This is so I will be HIS proof and not my own. This is so that He can reveal Himself THROUGH me by the peace that I walk in.

A. I am created for God. I am created to worship Him, love Him and so that He can love me back. He refreshes me and restores me so that I will begin to look like Him...I was created in His image so I am to LOOK LIKE HIM! I CAN, through Jesus, be God's reputation...all that He is known for.

P. Father, Thank You for Your Son. Thank You that He never tarnished Your reputation. Thank You that You see me through HIM, and that I am seen as righteous through Him. Help me NOT to tarnish Your reputation before those here on earth. Jesus, shine through me in Your restoration of peace in my life. Be BIG in me!

"HEARTBREAK CAUSES HEART RESPONSE"

S. Psalm 22:26

The poor and afflicted (humbled, needy; to be occupied, busy; to respond or pay attention because of being browbeaten/intimidated or subjugated)

shall eat (consumed, to cause to eat, to be consumed by fire)

and be satisfied (satiated, desires fulfilled);

they shall praise (shine, boast, glory, be a mad man, make a show, rave, celebrate) the Lord--

they who [diligently] seek for, inquire of and for Him, and require Him (follow, seek, ask, worship, seek with care, frequent, investigate, demand, study, consult) [as their greatest need].

May your hearts (inner man, mind, will, heart, soul, understanding)

be quickened (live prosperously, live for ever, be quickened, be alive, be restored to life or health, revive) now and forever!

O. Those who seek and demand, as their greatest need...and with their inner heart and soul...God, will satisfy them to the full. The humble, who have been intimidated and subjugated and kept busy in their troubles, will be satisfied by God. These are the ones who diligently run after God and boast of Him, and are crazy over Him, drawn to Him by their afflictions.

A. Many times I've been put in the place of being 'occupied' by troubles. This caused me to respond to God, seeking Him for answers and protection. When these kind of troubles come, my heart is softened because He has the answer and I KNOW that. Heart break causes HEART RESPONSE! I am pliable in that 'heart broken' place, and it causes me to run after Him, wholly. What better place to find peace but in my Father's arms?

P. Father, I love that You know all! I love that You allow me to go through situations in order to know You better and to know Your love for me more. I love how You love me! Help me to seek You more and more, both IN and OUT of troubles! Draw me, Lord!

 Blood and water flowed out of Jesus’ side when it was pierced. (John 19:34) Medical science will tell you that that means His heart had ruptured. Jesus died literally of a broken heart so that your heart can be filled with joy.

verses 17-20=the Characteristics of those 'associated with God'

17These were the sons of Levi (ASSOCIATED WITH HIM) by their names: Gershon (refugees/exiles), Kohath (assembly), and Merari (bitter/provoke). 18And these are the names of the sons of Gershon by their families: Libni (whiteness) and Shimei(hears & obeys/reknown). 19The sons of Kohath by their families (what protrudes or sticks out): Amram (exalted people), Izhar (clearness/oil), Hebron (friendship), and Uzziel (strength). 20The sons of Merari by their families: Mahli (infirmity)  and Mushi (withdrawn/takes away). These are the families of the Levites by their fathers’ houses

THE PEOPLE 'ASSOCIATED WITH GOD' (LEVI'S) BY THEIR CHARACTERS (what is evident in their characters) ARE:

THE BELIEVER/GERSHON: Character traites=purity(Libni), anointed (Shimei)

THE CHURCH/ASSEMBLY/KOHATH: Character traites=exalted people (Amram), clarity in their anointing (Izhar), friendship (Hebron), strength (Uzziel)

THE SINNER/MERARI/BITTER: Character traites=infirmity (Mahli), withdrawn (Mushi)

Numbers 3:23-25=The assignments for:

THE BELIEVER/GERSHON:

(1) Totaled 7,500  

=eternal/full maturity in seperation, purification and cleansing 

(2) "Numbers 3:23 The families of the Gershonites were to encamp behind the tabernacle on the west, "

= resting/terrying in humility within the 'Temple Where God dwells within us' toward the 'roaring sea/masses of humanity' (west).

(3) "Numbers 3:24 The leader  (chiefs) of the fathers’ houses of the Gershonites being Eliasaph (Increase of God/Strength + Addition) son (the seed of) of Lael (Belonging to God)."

=What should 'lead' in a Believer's character should be the 'increase of strength showing the reproducing/growth qualities that belong to God.

(4.) "Numbers 3:25, 26 25And the responsibility of the sons of Gershon in the Tent of Meeting was to be the tabernacle, the tent, its covering, and the hangings for the door of the Tent of Meeting, 26And the hangings of the court, the curtain for the door of the court which is around the tabernacle and the altar, its cords, and all the service pertaining to them.

=The responsiblity of the 'seeds' of The Believers in our spirits and souls is:

* TO our spirits and souls, where God dwells 

* what is 'covering/protecting' our spirits and souls (tabernacle/tent)

* what is protecting the 'entrances/doors' (hangings for the door) to our spirit and soul, where we let evil or good enter

* what is 'covering/protecting' of our surroundings/environment (court)

*what is 'covering/protecting' our 'sacrifices and worshiping/praising' God (alter)

*what is 'covering/protecting' what is 'left overs/overabundances' (cords) and preserved for us in eternity by our serving God.

Numbers 3:27-32=The assignments for :

THE CHURCH/ASSEMBLY/KOHATH

27Of Kohath were the families of the Amramites, the Izharites, the Hebronites, and the Uzzielites; these are the families of the Kohathites. 28The number of all the males from a month old and upward totaled 8,600, attending to the duties of the sanctuary. 29The families of the sons of Kohath were to encamp on the south side of the tabernacle, 30The chief of the fathers’ houses of the families of the Kohathites being Elizaphan son of Uzziel. 31Their charge was to be the ark, the table, the lampstand, the altars, and the utensils of the sanctuary with which the priests minister, and the screen, and all the service having to do with these. 32Eleazar son of Aaron the priest was to be chief over the leaders of the Levites, and have the oversight of those who had charge of the sanctuary.

Numbers 3:33-37=The assignments for :

THE UNBELIEVER/MERARI

33Of Merari were the families of the Mahlites and the Mushites; these are the families of Merari. 34Their number of all the males from a month old and upward totaled 6,200. 35And the head of the fathers’ houses of the families of Merari was Zuriel son of Abihail; the Merarites were to encamp on the north side of the tabernacle. 36And the appointed charge of the sons of Merari was the boards or frames of the tabernacle, and its bars, pillars, sockets or bases, and all the accessories or instruments of it, and all the work connected with them, 37And the pillars of the surrounding court and their sockets or bases, with their pegs and their cords.

O. God left us instructions in His 'Manual' on what we need to do to 'come to Him' as an Unbeliever (Merari), what do do to serve Him as His church (Kohath) and how to serve Him as a Believer (Gershon). It's ALL there! We just need to dig it out, study it, pray for understanding and direction, and then DO and BE it!

A. This is AWESOME! That every thing we need to know is here. All the spiritual instructions for me personally is right here! I just need to dig it out with the help of Holy Spirit! THIS IS THE TREASURE OF GOD!

P. Help me, Holy Spirit, to DIG OUT THIS TREASURE IN TRUTH AND BY YOUR ANOINTING! In Jesus' name! Direct me to pleasing My God and to being the PERFECT Bride for my Bridegroom!

"Building Proof Within That Is Seen Without" Num. 2:2

"BUILDING PROOF WITHIN THAT IS SEEN WITHOUT"

 S. Numbers 2:2

The Israelites (the builder of the family name of "he will prevail/rule as and with God) shall encamp (bend down, incline, decline) , each by his own [tribal] standard or banner (to be conspicuous) with the ensign (remembrance,miracle, proof, a distinguishing mark, with the appearance of having consented) of his father’s house  (God, our Father's 'dwelling on the inside that is for building, rebuilding, establishing and caused to continue), opposite (surrounded, encircled what is conspicuous) the Tent of Meeting (a tent/or transience, as clearly conspicuous from a distance...of the appointed sign, signal, meeting place, or time: a fixed time or season) and facing it on every side (to decline, incline, encamp, bend down, lay siege against).

O. The builders of the name of God will humble their selves as to be conspicuous in being the consenting proof that God dwells inside them; rebuilding them, establishing them and causing them to continue to eternity. They will be conspicuously protected and seen from a distance as such, in an appointed time and season by God.

A. I am to be a 'banner' for God, a 'sign' and 'proof', being conspicuous in my life that He dwells within me. I am to reveal that I have humbled myself to God, consenting to Him living within me. He, in turn, rebuilds me, establishes me, and gives me life eternal. Others will see that I am protected by God, set in this time and place by Him, showing His purpose for me. I am to build His NAME and REPUTATION with my life.

P. Thank You, Father, that You are building Your proof within me. Help me to always consent to what You are doing in me. Keep me humble, Lord, and pliable to what You are doing. Help me to always build up Your reputation and not tear it down. Make ME Your proof, Father....from the inside out!

"VINTAGE TIME IN THE SECRET PLACE"

S. Leviticus 26:3, 5

If ye walk in my statutes, and keep my commandments, and do them;....

And your threshing [time] (to tear down/to examine repeatedly) shall reach to the vintage (to fortify/fence; secrets/mysteries) and the vintage [time] shall reach (attain to/be able to secure) to the sowing time (become pg/yielding seed), and you shall eat your (consume/use up) bread (to fight/make war/overcome/prevail) to the full (satiated/joy/abundance) and dwell in your land (territory of the Kingdom) securely (to trust/have confidence in/feel safe/be bold/secure).

O. God's Word says that if we obey God's instructions, heeding them and doing them, then what we search out and examine (seek to have full knowledge of) in His Word will be fenced and protected and we will attain the 'seed' that comes from it. We will totally prevail and be satisfied in our Kingdom territory, secure and full of confidence there.

VINTAGE: (dict.) adj. Characterized by excellence, maturity, and enduring appeal; classic.

A. In my Kingdom Territory (the secret place of intimacy with God), I will receive full knowledge of His Word; personal revelation on how to live in my personal place. He will bring me full understanding, satisfaction and the 'seed' to plant for others to understand and be satisfied, too. This is the place, my secret place' where I will prevail over evil, be satisfied and feel secure. BUT the only way to get there is to HEAR GOD, HEED GOD, AND OBEY HIS INSTRUCTIONS!

P. Father, Thank You for our secret place...our Kingdom Territory. I pray for clarity in hearing your instructions and a inner 'want to' in my heart to obey You. Thank You for the satisfaction You bring to our secret place. Keep me on Your pathway that always leads there.

LETTING THE LAND REST IN GOD'S HANDS

"LETTING THE 'LAND' REST IN GOD'S HANDS"

Leviticus 25:20 And if you say, What shall we eat in the seventh year if we are not to sow or gather in our increase? 21Then [this is My answer:] I will command My [special] blessings on you in the sixth year, so that it shall bring forth [sufficient] fruit for three years.

O.

Given the land to produce their food, God commands that they work the land for 6 years (the # of man/works) and let it 'rest' the 7th year (the # of completion). Only by letting the 'land' rest, would it be blessed. Fruit would then come sufficiently for 3 years. (the # of divine completion).

A.

God has given me my own little part of His Kingdom on Earth. I can do what a human being can do, led by His Spirit. But if I don't lay down my works, allowing Him to bring the 'fruit' to my land, then no fruit or growth will come. I have to STOP my work and let God GROW the FRUIT. Why? So that God can get ALL the glory. It would be evidence that it is HE who is doing the WORK, not ME!

EXAMPLE: I can just read the words and understand the meaning of the surface words in the Bible. But if I don't stop to meditate, chew, and 'regurgitate' God's word, I will never understand what He is saying to me personally or be able to apply the 'fruit' of it to my life in a personal way.

P.

Father, You are SO smart! How could we ever think we can WORK to get heavenly fruit? Show me where, when and how to STOP my working and allow YOU to produce the growth and fruit in me. Use my mind as Your tiller of soil to work up Your true fruit in my soul!
