'FOLLOWING OR WAITING ON GOD'S CLOUD'

S. Deut. 1:32Yet in spite of this word you did not believe (trust, rely on, and remain steadfast to) the Lord your God, 33Who went in the way before you to search out a place to pitch your tents, in fire by night, to show you by what way you should go, and in the cloud by day.

O. How many times did the Israelites not do what God said, or believe what He told them? God chose them and would lead them, provide for them, protect them. All they had to do is listen, obey and believe. He told them when, where and what to do. It would have been so much quicker and easier for them if they had done all these things.

A. What I hear in this for me is that I need to listen to God's voice. Go when He says GO...TIMING. Follow when He says FOLLOW...OBEY. And ALWAYS BELIEVE IN HIS PLANS FOR ME.

P. Father, above all other voices help me to know YOURS. I pray for a heart of obedience to only Your voice, patience to wait until You say GO, and to wait in faith in You. Help me to know when and where to move and speak. And while I wait on You, help me to have faith in what only YOU are doing.
